Fitball Body Conditioning is a core strengthening class designed to improve range of motion, strength, stability, coordination, and balance. Fitball provides an excellent workout which will result in a stronger core, improved posture and better body alignment.
HIIT FIT CAMP
Test your physical limits with HIIT Fit Camp. Combining a variety of exercise modes such as light resistance training, cardio, body-weight exercises, plyometrics and more HIIT Fit Camp will help participants build a leaner and healthier body!
Insanity is a cardio based interval training system designed to burn calories at an extreme rate. By utilizing MAX interval training, participants will be pushed to new fitness heights. It is also great for all fitness levels due to the large amounts of modifications that can be applied during each class!
Zumba mixes low and high intensity moves done to Latin music. It is essentially a total body workout disguised as a dance class that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, and flexibility in order to get you in great shape!
Being physically active and staying strong can help you do the things you like to do as you age. Not only is it good for physical health, but mental health as well. Vitality 55 is designed to educate you on the importance of daily exercise as well as improve motor skills, balance and stability.
